We are located in Davie but we see clients all over Broward County. We provide individual counseling to children as young as 5 years old through teenage years. We offer individual counseling to adults who want to work on depression, anxiety, personality issues, codependency and substance abuse treatment. We love to work with couples in couples counseling and marriage therapy in order to help you open lines of communicate, increase intimacy, learn to solve problems in a healthy manner and overall improve your relationship or marriage. We are trained in Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

David "Dex" Hayward, Qualified Supervisor, LMHC, MCAP is an integrative practitioner with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples & families transform their lives to embrace the change to live a life of change. David is enthusiastically ready to assist with a Charismatic approach to assisting others in their journey of change. His spiritual development has led him to extraordinary dimensions of growth. David is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Masters Certified Addiction Professional who has worked in an array of modalities & settings: courts, educational, treatment centers, and outpatient.

I strongly believe that our experiences shape our perspectives and influence how we move through our lives. Every individual is unique. While being impacted by social, cultural, economic, and spiritual experiences, I acknowledge that within each person lies inherent strengths to draw from towards healing and growth. My goal is to help each person discover and build upon those strengths in a safe environment, establishing a collaborative relationship with which we can work together through a tailored, integrated approach. I am honest and non-enabling in my approach as a social worker.

I have dedicated the past 25 yrs of my Professional Career in assisting individuals overcome various chronic/circumstantial issues impacting their lives & presenting ongoing struggles: depression, bipolar, adjustment disorders, codependency & loss/grief to more specialized treatments of high conflict marriages/divorce, eating disorders, Military service related stressors/ adjustments. I've served as a preferred provider for Specialized Evaluations for Dr. Referrals, Parent Coordinator/Custody Evaluator, SAP provider for D.O.T. & Corporate Consultant to develop & strategize the most effective & compliant Treatment programming.
