I hold a doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Along with my formal educational training, I have 20 years of experience as a military officer with leadership, mentorship and counseling proficiency. My practice includes adolescents and adults, individual, couples and family therapy.
I specialize in helping you work through trauma to live your best life. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), internationally recognized as effective treatment for trauma and other disorders.
