I welcome adults, teens, children, and families for therapy in my office in South Miami. For adults, I also offer online therapy (you may have heard the term "teletherapy") using video conference, so if you live elsewhere in Florida or have a busy schedule, help is still in reach.
I provide therapy for a variety of personal needs, with special emphasis in treating anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress. My focus is on you: helping you feel safe and supported to be yourself, to heal yourself, and to feel better. We will start where you are and focus where you want to focus, all at your pace.
