My approach is individualized to your needs and personal goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other research-based approaches to support symptom resolution and self-understanding. I work in both short-term and long-term contexts depending on the patient's needs and preferences.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I treat a number of problem areas including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and stressful life changes. I also specialize in treating people with eating disorders and other food issues. I offer both individual and group treatment and work with people ages 12 and over.
