I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including food, body image, and self-esteem. I work with those struggling with substance abuse and addiction as well as mood disorders and managing life transitions. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to aid patients with trauma and PTSD.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and also provide parent coaching. I believe that you are the expert in your life and I am here to guide you in the process of self-exploration, growth, and understanding with compassion, directness, and humor.
