The work I do and journey I assist my clients on takes a holistic approach to tailor specific needs by combining different modalities to manage symptoms and promote healing. I work with all ages. I've gained significant experience in family/child welfare and foster care; abuse; domestic violence; neglect; PTSD; developmental disabilities; ASD; ADHD; parent training; systemic family therapy; substance abuse; depression; anxiety; bipolar; co-morbidity; and narcissistic personality disorder. I also examined the benefits of using mindfulness techniques during sport performances in order to achieve one's optimal potential.
Certified as a Hypnotherapist and in Reiki, I work with energy and the subconscious through alternative healing practices. My holistic understanding influences the multidisciplinary approach I use to help clients integrate all aspects of the self to reduce symptoms, break maladaptive patterns, and release past conditioning in the present moment.
It only takes one conversation to ignite change in finding self-love and total self-acceptance. When we forgive, we truly heal. The more love we find within ourselves, the more love we see in others.
