Fully bilingual, Cecilia proposes a multidisciplinary approach, integrating her expertise as Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Facilitator to the therapeutic process, in English and/or Spanish (native). She is also a Certified Professional Coach, graduated from University of Miami.
