I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, and food and body issues. Mood disorders and anxiety disorders are other issues that I frequently treat, as are life transitions and relationship difficulties. Working with issues around fertility and pre/postpartum is another passion.
I believe in a collaborative approach to treatment, where therapy sessions are dialogues, not monologues, and an effort is made to balance the seriousness of your struggles with perspective, levity and humor!
