I am a Rapid Resolution Therapist and a Nationally Certified Clinician. I specialize in relieving anxiety and trauma, Panic, Phobias, and PTSD. I have many years of experience helping children, adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds overcome past hurdles and present obstacles often reflected through unmanageable anger, depression, and isolation. As I join in with you in individual, family or group sessions my patients become immersed in a liberating journey of empowerment and growth.
I also enjoy aiding couples to develop healthier and emotionally closer relationships while applying research-proven strategies to your marriage. Finally, I collaborate with parents and children, both individually and in group sessions, providing therapy and life coaching for overcoming academic issues and behavioral difficulties
We offer online and onsite workshops and groups on anger management, parenting, relationship management and marriage counseling. I lead three annual groups: Anger Management, Relationship Management and Marriage Counseling. We take pride in providing our patients with autonomy, respect, compassion and safet y, in order to facilitate change.

Groups
Caring for your Marriage
An environment of safety and compassion is provided to facilitated self-exploration learning. This group is designed to encourage couples to implement research based principles that can help them develop mutually satisfying marital relationships. It also allows couples to learn from other couples' experiences, as they receive support, validation and the opportunity to try out more effective behavioral patterns in/outside of the group.
