Sometimes, just talking through issues won't get to the core of what is actually happening in your mind. Hypnotherapy is the most effective modality to help you get to the root of the issue so you can move forward with your life! I specialize in people with trauma and chronic illness because I can relate, as I have been there before. I am passionate about helping people get to their best life as soon as possible. I use a unique hybrid of Hypnotherapy, Neuro- Linguistic Programming, and Life Coaching to ensure the best possible care.
Every person is unique and therefore should have unique treatment. I like to get to know my clients in a holistic way, meaning I look at all angles of the human experience. As a Life Coach I like to clear up the past a bit, but then actively move forward.
