I can be a therapeutic support for you as you struggle with your addictive and other behavioral issues. As your therapist, I will guide and teach you how to modify your behavior. We will clear out your mental clutter so you can focus on your recovery. Eliminate uncertainty and indecision and create motivation to make the changes you want, in your own way.
I am a warm, competent and compassionate therapist who may be extremely helpful on your road to recovery. To summarize what I do: I'll help you to identify what's most important to you, help you manage any obstacles, and go at a pace that is set by you. We'll make the recovery goals, you choose, attainable, using various therapeutic modalities.
