Couple's Group
I love leading couple's groups and I have found the best way to lead couple's groups is for couples who already know each other to come together and learn relational skills together. So, think of your friends who are in a coupleship, find 3 to 5 couples and call me and we will have a day long workshop to learn the skills and then meet for 6 or more times( 2 hours each)and practice the skills. Couples learn how to support each other so that "Happily Ever after" is realized.

Experiential therapy & psychodrama group
Experiential: going beyond traditional "talk therapy" to engage the feelings, body and spirituality. Some examples are Psychodrama and Guided Visualization; both which connect you to your deepest and most authentic self. This type of group is one of the most effective ways to heal.
