My experience lies in working with people to find greater balance in emotions, behaviors, thinking patterns and relationships. Working with both adolescents and adults, a variety of approaches are utilized to best fit each individual. My specialties are in addiction and trauma, though work with a wide varieties of issues to help people find greater peace and balance. So many issues that interfere in people's lives comes from childhood and past experiences, making trauma expertise key in treatment.

Many of my clients are tired of only “talking” about their problems and are looking for something to finally help them break through. I am looking for motivated clients who are ready and willing to do what it takes to make lasting and significant changes in their lives. Primarily, I work with young people between the ages of 16-35, and their families, struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. I work nationally, as well as locally in the Aspen, Carbondale, Basalt, and Glenwood Springs area.

I am trained in Seeking Safety, addiction and Trauma centered therapy, evidenced based.
