I'm an LGBTQ+ allied therapist with specialized training in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Adult ADHD, Autism, Complex Trauma, Religious Trauma, and PTSD. I value a creative, collaborative approach to wellness that honors individuation, authenticity, and autonomy. My highest priority as a therapist is helping my clients gain the insight, awareness, self-compassion, and skills necessary to effectively manage mental and emotional pain and turn it to a place of emotional and mental mastery.
I rely on scientific, evidence-based practices to facilitate important insights and cultivate deeper awareness of the problems you're seeking to resolve, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and Family Systems Theory.
