Kevin Lee Fujimoto is a licensed clinical psychologist and brings over 15 years of experience as a clinician, supervisor, consultant, and researcher in mental health services to California. Dr. Fujimoto received his doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and obtained his master's degree in developmental psychology from Columbia University Teachers College. Dr. Fujimoto provides outstanding direct psychological services for children, adolescents, and their families, as well as adults and couples in his private practice. Previously employed by Hawaii's Department of Education, he provided consultation to administration and teachers plus clinical supervision of masters level therapists.

In my practice I tend to work with clients, ages 4 - 85+, dealing with anything from anxiety, depression, trauma, career, social issues, and other things causing turbulence in their life. Also, I work with individuals, couples, and families on how they can best function in the world. Depending on the client's needs I work with them to create a customized treatment plan best for their needs. I am also a collaborative therapist that wants the client to have an active voice in their journey. Therapy is different for each individual and I value helping the client pursue the change they are seeking.

I am an experienced bilingual clinician who works with adolescents, adults, couples and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. I utilize a number of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, clinical hypnosis and hypnotically-facilitated psychotherapy. My areas of specialization include addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, grief/loss, and bipolar disorder. My life experience has given me broad exposure to divorce, blended families, bi-cultural families, midlife career changes, families with special needs members, special needs advocacy, and sports performance.
