I provide therapy to patients of all ages suffering with anxiety and depression. I help patients going through life transitions. Within a trusting therapeutic relationship, the exploration of dreams and unconscious drives proves effective for a deeper understanding of challenges and blocks. Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Play Therapy, Sand Tray and Art are theories that are core to my approach.
My work in therapeutic classrooms for children who have autism and other unique needs increased my interest in primitive states of mind. I continue studying and work from that perspective finding it invaluable to help you.
In my private practice I work with all ages: babies, toddlers, young children, adolescents, college and adult individuals, couples and parents. I welcome entire families in sessions.
