My specialties are supporting parents as they navigate the challenges of raising children in a hyper-connected world, and providing kids and teens with a safe and nurturing space to express themselves as they face stressors such as social media overexposure, peer and sexual pressure, grades and school demands, and college admission preparation.
I also specialize in supporting women struggling with identity issues at the intersection of motherhood, relationships, and career. My approach is rooted in Jungian Depth Psychology, which I’ve found to be particularly helpful for people who are artistically inclined or struggle with creative blocks.
