I've been in practice over 15 years specializing in anxiety, depression, divorce and relationships, major life transitions and substance abuse (having worked at the top treatment centers in the US). My core client groups are men, working professionals, high net worth individuals and LGBTQ+. I use my extensive training in Depth Psychotherapy to help individuals become aware of unconscious forces that drive behaviors.

I consider therapy a partnership to help foster your own personal power. I use empathy and positive psychology, mindfulness, hypnotherapy and other tools to help individuals in self-discovery, improving self-esteem, breaking patterns, working through trauma and major life events. My focus is to help my clients create pathways of positive action.
