This right now, finding a therapist, is probably not fun, in fact, it may be a very uncomfortable experience. Hopefully right now is the most difficult part on this path. If you are already browsing therapists then it would seem you're at least contemplating some kind of transformation. Change does not have to be scary, it can also be relieving, rewarding, and a source of achievement. I believe personal growth is for everyone, no matter where you are in your life. Whether you identified a problem, struggle in a relationship, or just want to experience therapy, I'm here.
I find effective therapy to be a highly individualized experience. Therapy does not look the same for any two people. The one commonality is that I provide a non-judgemental environment where you direct the goals and pace and I meet you where you are at.
I have experience working with people with vastly different goals. Some who felt "ok" and others experiencing serious mental illness. I have studied and practiced many therapeutic theories and modalities. My broad experiences have allowed me the unique opportunity to develop an eclectic skill set.
