I have many years of experience providing psychotherapy to individual's struggling with substance use, addiction, risky and impulsive pattern of behaviors.

I teach my client's coping skills that they can use daily to help them with their stresses while empowering them to recognize the connection between their thoughts, feelings and their behavior while creating a nurturing and supportive therapeutic environment.
