Internal Family Systems (IFS) allows clients to access an inner resiliency and confidence (Self) from which you can meet, understand and help unburden parts of you that have historically been challenging. When our parts are met with curiosity and kindness this way of working allows for deep self-compassion, relief and transformation.
I work with Sexual Trauma & Abuse Survivors, Complex Trauma, Adult Children of dysfunctional & chaotic Caregivers, Depression/Anxiety, Creatives and Therapists.
