I have been actively helping people navigate the ups and downs of life for over 25 years. Together, we will address real time concerns and hopes while introducing new coping tools, integrating past strengths and overcoming past hurdles. In this work we can learn from our interpersonal relationships, creative careers, family history, sexuality, past traumas, financial life, unwanted behaviors/addictions and see how our emotional, intellectual, spiritual and physical health intersect. Throughout I create a safe, supportive environment used to discover, nurture and empower new insights, options, and solutions.
I have an extensive history working with Depression, Anxiety, Sobriety, adjustment to illness/health, relationships, and creativity. I'm an interactive therapist who integrates various clinical approaches to create an individualized, goal oriented approach that supports quality and meaning of life.
In addition to my private practice, I'm the clinical lead at a major hospital's outpatient oncology clinics. Prior to that for 10 years, I was a clinical supervisor at The Actors Fund, helping professionals from all aspects of the entertainment industry create meaningful, rich lives through the ups and downs of the industry. I'm also a retired creative.
