Sometimes we find ourselves seeking help and support when life hands us a path we aren't prepared to deal with. I believe that understanding and exploring the authentic self is essential in overcoming many complex struggles. I work to help uncover what my clients basic truth is, and in doing so work with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, parenting, pregnancy, and family dynamics.
My specialty is Eating Disorders. I treat individuals struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, BED, exercise addiction, and various other disordered eating behaviors. My approach is inter personal, attachment focused.(Psychodynamic, CBT) I find the clients contextual experience is a valuable component to their recovery, and I invite family therapy.
I work very sensitively and closely with individuals to help them achieve their goals in therapy. I am dedicated to helping my clients become empowered, find their voices, develop their passions, recognize their strengths, and overcome any obstacles they may be facing, as well as relationship concerns.
