My essential approach is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral and Transformative Psychology. I observe thought and emotion patterns, self-narratives that originate , in childhood, and hard-wired in adulthood, creating depression, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and obsessional thinking. Clinical studies indicate that conceptual information are minimally effective, because they do not create the necessary experiential and Limbic shift required for long-term breakthroughs. Neurons that wire together will fire together , creating healthy neural wiring, that will result in living a more optimal life, a kinder relationship with Self and others.
Blind-spots" and "unconscious" blocks are indentified, leading to reality-based thinking and insight, resulting in feeling empowered when confronted by previous fears and impending doom. This process is an experiential endeavor, creating palpable shifts in establishing self value in your life and relationships. As a result, you meet others who value you.
My deep interest in self-enlightenment and self-analysis is a passion-filled journey, now mine to gladly share with others. Courage is not the absence of fear. It is, however to gradually learn a new approach to move past previously feared situations, and people. With continued practice, what used to feel terrifying, will feel like a minor irritation.
