I have been in the health/wellness field for 20+ years using strength based/holistic recovery approaches. Integrated/experiential therapy helps you re-claim your authentic spontaneous self, creating the life you wish to live. Addressing emotional/relational wounding truly opens the door to a more empowered and fulfilling life. You can increase your self-esteem and confidence, free yourself from depression/anxiety, negative self-talk, substance or process addictions, trauma triggers, and emotional reactivity in relationships. Sometimes therapy addresses current challenges/difficulties, sometimes it's about family of origin issues using inner child work, and/or trauma reduction work.

Stressors are apart of everyday life, but sometimes we need someone to provide an objective lens and safe space to share our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. If any of these describes you, your body may be reacting and holding on to trauma. Trauma can be acute, chronic or complex and often are developed during our childhood years and many times is unconsciously passed down from our parents. I work with clients to battle their body from both a physical and mental standpoint in regards to their trauma. I specialize in healing trauma by getting to the root cause. In order to heal on the outside you have to heal on the inside.

I am passionate about working with and advocating for individuals with who have experienced trauma. I believe that healing from early childhood experiences, learning new coping strategies, and finding purpose are of paramount importance to an individual's emotional health. As a dedicated trauma therapist, I bring compassionate and evidenced based approach to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. I am a firm believer that mental and behavioral health can be stigmatized. Becoming educated and guided in client’s mental stability is my priority as a Therapist. Combining mind, body and soul in the healing process is important for each individual.
