All too often we set our feelings aside, thinking we will deal with them later. That's what I did for years. In my early 20's after a near death experience & a massive panic attack my personal journey of healing & growth started. Since, I have been working on my healing, mindset, undoing-behaviors, re-writing my narrative in order to live a happier, productive and purposeful life. Since 2003, I have been operating my empathic coaching practice, & supporting my clients to their right path. If we don't deal with our feelings & past we end up storing them in our minds & bodies, and this is when anxiety & other health issues arise.
As an empathic coach I guide my clients to peel away layers of patterns to reveal your inner light. My clients always say that I create a safe, loving and non-judgmental space. Ultimate goal is to simply allow you to sit with your feelings, acknowledge and process them in order to release the emotional charges stored in your mind & body & to get CLARITY.
It takes great courage to start processing our pain and feelings, and denying ourselves of this process can lead to trouble (anxiety attacks, physical illnesses due to stress).
