My approach is to immediately assist my clients to get unstuck so that they can make rapid and important positive changes in their lives and relationships. When they make these changes, they begin to fulfill dreams and goals that they had given up long ago.
I work with a variety of clients in my practice and have extensive training in couple's work. Working with couples, I mainly use emotionally focused couples therapy and help them understand their relationships in a new way. As a result they feel emotionally connected and safe.
