You will learn and practice Self-Hypnosis, be Hypnotized in session, and listen to Personalized Hypnotherapy Recordings daily. Hypnotherapy and dialectical behavior therapy are particularly beneficial in the treatment of personality disorders, habit control, depression, anxiety, phobias, insecurities, insomnia, and trauma related issues.
Professional training and treatment skills include: 1. Seeking Safety Treatment (Substance Abuse and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). 2. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. 3. Dialectical Behavior Therapy. 4. Solution Focused Brief Therapy. 5. Hypnotherapy. A sliding fee scale is offered, so those with financial need can receive the services they need.
