Many people have been there! You are not alone. I can help you understand your anxiety and develop a plan to help you alleviate your anxiety-related discomfort or suffering. I specialize in treating anxiety (i.e. OCD, phobias, social anxiety), but also work with other emotional concerns, such as depression and loneliness. My hope for all my clients is to reach a place of confidence, self-compassion, and acceptance of yourself.
As a therapist, I work with a multitude of issues, specializing in anxiety and topics impacting the LGBTQ community (i.e sexual/gender identity exploration, oppression, trauma, intersection of identities). Coming from a casual, trauma-informed and inclusive place, I utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, ERP, ACT) to help clients receive results.
