I believe in the power of positivity and can provide supportive/ evidence-based treatment to help improve one's life. I strive to help each client reach their goals in a strength-based manner. People can successfully overcome trauma, depression, & self-defeating behaviors to illicit prosocial thinking and integrate meaningful change. I work to instill my clients with HOPE so they can achieve their goals to live their best lives. I serve individuals, couples, and non-trad. groupings. Self-pay offered to keep clients, not insurance, in control.
I integrate research from the fields of Positive Psychology & CBT to EMPOWER clients to build positive self-esteem, strengthen efficacy, & utilize internal resources to generate stability and happiness. I also offer Acudetox (auricular acupuncture) which can help w/a variety of issues. COVID protocols are being taken to ensure safety (UV light cleaning, etc)
