Trauma and PTSD leaves us feeling broken, damaged, and disconnected from our true selves. It also often leads us to self-medicate with alcohol, drugs, or other substances. My approach to therapy is meeting the individual needs of each client through a supportive and collaborative working relationship. I prefer a client-centered therapeutic approach, which puts the client first. I also adapt additional therapeutic theories and techniques best fit for the individual.
