I utilize a variety of evidence based treatments, interventions, and coping skills and tailor them to fit your needs.I specialize in treatment of eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, parenting and behavior management, and ADHD. I am passionate in helping others build their self esteem & worth.
