I specialize in pregnancy/postpartum mental health, life transitions with young adults/adults & women's mental health. In our work together we will focus on the source that is causing distress in your life and create a plan to help you meet your goal/s. I’m here to help you overcome barriers that keep you stuck and get you to a place of joy and fulfillment.
