My goal is to assist clients in making desired changes in their lives to create the difference that leads to lasting happiness, internal peace, and acceptance. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, a licensed mental health counselor and founder of Change By Choice Inc., a 100% Telehealth practice. I work with those 12+ and offer counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. I utilize a variety of styles and interventions to meet client's needs and tailor my work to the individual and their presenting issues. I enjoy working with clients who are invested in themselves and motivated to make positive changes.
I specialize in the following areas: depression and anxiety and management, self esteem and self confidence building, and trauma and abuse related issues, relationship and family issues, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and other severe and persistent mental illness. I am EMDR trained and use it weekly working with many of these specializations.
