We are all facing new and challenging times. As a licensed clinical psychologist for over 40 years, I am here to help. I provide a warm, caring, and safe environment where my clients can begin to cope with their isolation, depression, anxiety, loneliness, confusion, and many other issues. I offer teletherapy to my patients who are unable to come to the office for treatment or who would prefer to use teletherapy. I am highly trained and experienced working with adults on family relationship issues, financial stress, domestic abuse, etc. Not only am I professionally experienced, but also personally, as a mother of 4, grandmother of 8.
When faced with times of uncertainty, it is not unusual to develop, or increase, feelings of anxiety and depression. Many are struggling with isolation, suffering with family guilt, experiencing unmeasurable grief. I am here to support you and work with you to implement healthy coping mechanisms and to give you the tools to navigate these challenging times.
My focus is to support you to become healthy, both emotionally and physically. I provide skills/action plans and roadmaps to achieve your goals and develop and improve coping skills. As a team member with my patients, my most important goal is to help you, help yourself. I love what I do; and, I do what I love.
