I work with children, teens, and adults in the areas of anxiety and stress management, executive functioning, parent coaching and training, and challenging behavior.
My practice is neurodivergent affirming and I specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals to build the necessary skills to navigate life transitions successfully. Focus areas often include self-advocacy, respecting autonomy, adapting environmental systems and supports, and building emotional regulation skills from a strengths-based perspective.
