Psychotherapy is a collaborative, exciting endeavor and represents the hope that something new can happen in our lives. I treat individuals suffering from a wide range of problems: anxiety, depression, troubled relationships, marital distress, eating disorders, learning difficulties, ADHD in children and adults, and women with female cancers. I specialize in work with adolescents, college students and young adulthood. I also enjoy working with adults in middle age and with individuals who are struggling with the challenges of aging and loss. Most importantly, I tailor therapy to each person's particular concerns and needs.
I specialize in the treatment of high school and college students, couples, families, and parent guidance for younger children. I have specific expertise in divorce and stepfamilies and marital counseling for ADHD couples. More recently, I have become interested in helping individuals maintain their vibrancy when faced with the challenges of aging and loss.
