As you maneuver through growing pains, as a child/adult you may have felt, "nobody knows what I have been through, walked in my shoes," Situations are often so tied into one another that its like a knot in a shoelace, you get on one knee, using one hand trying to get it a loose, the more you mess with it, the more tangled it becomes as you juggle other stuff. At some point we realize, I have to sit down for this, take time. Both hands are needed to pinch that knot just right. Yet, some of us don't have two hands, or time to sit down. We are worn out, our environment and/or life's demands don't allow us to unravel our stuff safely.
We have been providing counseling services for many years, gaining a strong understanding in working w/children, adolescents & adults, individual, family, group, school, jail, mental health &/or addiction rehab settings. Our experience w/individuals who suffer from majority of the diagnoses, has been that trauma is the most deeply rooted overlooked culprit.
During our time together, we will dig and dispose of those weeds that are keeping you from growth. Providing a warm therapeutic environment & the energy that motivates, supports; guides you through overcoming the obstacles you may have felt would never budge.
