Many people who come to therapy feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break—intrusive thoughts, anxiety loops, rumination about the past, or constant “what if” scenarios about the future. You may feel overwhelmed by worry, self-criticism, anger, or habits that keep pulling you back into the same cycle. I work with adults facing OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and unwanted behaviors who want to understand what’s happening in their minds and learn how to move forward with more clarity and control.

My approach is structured, practical, and evidence-based. I use Inference-Based CBT and ERP for OCD, CBT and REBT for anxiety and depression, and EMDR, IFS and Art Therapy for trauma. Therapy with me is active and collaborative—we identify the patterns keeping you stuck and develop skills to help you interrupt them.

Starting therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My goal is to create a supportive and practical space where we can understand what’s happening and work toward meaningful change.
