Relationship Coaching for Couples

Currently taking applications for small couples' coaching group beginning Summer 2023 in Stone Ridge! Couples group coaching is best fit for couples who have more good days than bad, who function well together most days, and who are seeking greater connection and the skills to limit codependent behaviors. Groups will be limited to no more than 3-4 couples. Learning modules focus on attachment styles, nervous system regulation, boundary setting, and effective communication. Attendance is required at all sessions by both members of the couple. Couples can be at any stage of their relationship. All genders and sexualities are welcome.

Beginner's Mind: Introduction to Mindfulness

Coming Summer 2023! Meeting in Stone Ridge, this group blends shared practice with instruction and mentorship. Whether you are a new practitioner seeking the basics, or an experienced meditator seeking community, this group will have something to offer you.
