Do you find yourself desperate for validation, overthinking everything, and overwhelmed by your emotions? We may know intellectually those negative thoughts aren't true but our emotions tell us a different story. Anxiety can make it difficult to trust ourselves and be present in life. You're not alone. I specialize in working with women who are highly sensitive, anxious, and have experienced a lack of support in childhood feel more confident and secure with themselves. We can work together to calm your difficult emotions, understand how trauma has affected you, and help you to develop a kinder relationship with yourself.
I provide a warm and relatable approach to help you gain clarity into your feelings, patterns, and discover the root of depression and anxiety. In addition to talk therapy, I use EMDR which can help you process traumatic memories & lead to emotional healing. I also teach relaxation skills, breath work & somatic exercises for you to use outside of sessions.
It's possible to feel better and begin to thrive in life! From our first session together, all of your emotions and thoughts are welcome here. I try to make therapy a place to be yourself while supporting you to reach your goals. I offer convenient online sessions in the comfort of your home or office. Reach out today to get started.
