My name is Albert Figueroa. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 yrs of experience. I do individual counseling for adolescents and adults. My treatment focuses on a holistic aspect, seeing the mind, body and spirit. My treatment areas are focused on depression, anxiety, grief and loss, substance use, LGBTQ+, spiritual/faith based, goal setting, weight management and men’s health. My treatment modalities are based on your needs, using a combination of CBT, ACT, DBT, strength perspective, faith base, and solution focus. Ofrezco sesiones en español.
