As a proud U.S. Army Combat Veteran, I understand firsthand how trauma, high-stress environments, and major life transitions can impact mental health. After 10 years in the Infantry and multiple combat deployments, I experienced my own struggles and understand what it means to find your place and purpose again. With the support of others, I worked through those challenges and found meaning again. Today, I use that experience to help others navigate their own journey toward healing and resilience.
I specialize in trauma work, and I work from a trauma-informed lens. I am trained in EMDR and work with Trauma, Substance Use Disorder, LGBTQIA+, Narcissistic abuse, Mood Disorder, and more.
