Hello there, my number one priority is to see clients within 1 to 5 business days to begin the process of assisting them with a hot topic known as "Life-ing." Today, I consider myself blessed because I find it rewarding in seeing clients reach their maximum potential. In addition to my mental health background, I have my own life experiences, coupled with being married to a minister, motherhood, and personal trauma, which have proven to be beneficial in my scope of practice.
I have done extensive work with grief/loss, anxiety, relational, premarital, substance use and Christian Counseling. So, what should one expect from counseling? A safe, private, and non-judgmental type setting to support emotional/personal needs. And yes— a little humor along the way, because laughter is truly good for the soul.
