About
I have been a hypnotherapist for the past three years. I encourage our patient's ability for “self-healing,” utilizing the “power of their minds.” I am a firm believer that positive change is possible by simply reprogramming thinking and the workings of the mind. I recognizes the beauty of hypnotherapy has the potential to assist patients in being released from the "root cause(s)" of his/her current condition or characteristic. Hypnotherapy is used in addition to other forms of therapy. It is often used with other psychological or medical treatment. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a number of emotional, physical illnesses.
We currently offer "customized" individual and group sessions. Our hypnotherapy services include weight reduction, improved health, self-confidence, stop self-medicating, sleep improvement, depression, anxiety, smoking cessation, unhealthy habits, improved studying and testing and much, much more. Hypnotherapy is not a psychotherapeutic treatment or a form of psychotherapy, but rather a tool or procedure that helps facilitate various types of therapies and medical or psychological treatments.
