If you are ready to address life's situation whether it be managing anxiety; raising a challenging child ; working through a troubled relationship or navigating difficulty at work, we can jointly address these issues. I believe that clients are capable and competent. I offer confidential , no cost phone consultation where you can get your questions answered.
