My specialty includes working with older teens, adults, couples, and family units, empowering them with proven strategies to help improve their overall emotional health, improve relationships and walk in freedom. My specialty also includes treating those who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma due to abuse, neglect, separation, and loss.

I provide culturally competent, spiritually sensitive and trauma-informed services. Together we explore and challenge faulty thinking and reframe those thoughts by replacing self-defeating beliefs with new hopeful beliefs, so you can walk in freedom and emotional restoration.
