About
I do not envision an ideal client; I accept people where they are. But if I had to, this person would be open/honest, eager to dive in, and ready to reconsider their prior notions/ideas and behaviors that have not served them. They would practice the discussed changes in their daily lives and report back on their progress during sessions. I would like to assist you in tackling challenging aspects of your life to help you find balance. I am a naturally empathetic person who truly cares for others' well-being. I actively listen to understand and will provide honest but compassionate feedback.
I offer a great deal of empathy to share with them that I understand and to use that shared understanding as a scaffolding to build a therapeutic rapport and to begin the process of unpacking, re-assessment, and reimagining aspects of the person's life that need attention, love, change, growth, or need to perhaps be discarded.
I can help to offer alternative perspectives to inspire hope, change, growth, assisting you to find the best answers for you, so that you can improve the quality of the relationship with yourself, with others, and ultimately improve the quality of, and deepen meaning and purpose in your life.
