I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I have over 20 years of experience helping clients who have experienced significant trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, as well as major life transitions. I am also passionate about helping men build confidence and effective communication skills to improve men's mental health.
I am knowledgeable in treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (СВТ), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I partner up with clients as well as tailor treatment plans based on individual needs.
I like to provide clients with direct feedback while also providing empathy and compassion. I enjoy teaching clients fundamental coping skills that can help them manage difficult situations and conversations as well as feel more equipped to regulate their emotions. I am available Monday-Thursdays daytime and evenings as well as Saturday mornings.
