I practice psychodynamic therapy, guided by the belief that therapy is a collaborative process of creating change. Lasting transformation comes through building self awareness. Awareness allows us to make choices more closely aligned with our needs. Psychodynamic therapy is creative, responsive, and shaped by who you are.
